P1.4M in illegal lumber seized in southern Negros
BACOLOD CITY, Philippines – A special police environmental task force attached to the Negros Occidental provincial government seized about 34,000 board feet of timber and lumber from banned tree species worth about P1.4 million in the hinterlands of Hinobaan in the province’s south.
