Comelec junks Dy’s plea to immediately sit as Isabela gov
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has rejected the petition of Benjamin Dy to immediately sit as Isabela governor following the decision of the poll body that it was him, and not incumbent governor Grace Padaca, who won in the 2007 elections.
