PCIJ among first to win Breaking Borders award
The Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism (PCIJ) was among the first to receive the “Breaking Borders” award in Santiago, Chile. The two others who were recognized for their courage, energy and resourcefulness in using the Internet to promote freedom of expression were Kubatana.net and BOSCO – Uganda.
