San Miguel to keep majority stake in SMB
DIVERSIFYING SAN MIGUEL Corp. plans to keep a majority stake in flagship San Miguel Brewery Inc., which the conglomerate expects to benefit from improved bottling efficiency, acquisition of additional hard liquor business and a potential boom in demand in the Visayas and Mindanao.
